These Terms govern your access to, usage of all content, Product and Services available at the website operated by Baby Luv Boutique Ltd.

1. Digital Marketing Services

Our services include but are not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and content creation. The specific scope of services, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are due as specified in the client agreement. Services may be billed on a recurring monthly retainer or project basis. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all pre-existing materials provided to us. Any new creative work developed by Baby Luv Boutique Ltd during the engagement will be owned by you upon full payment.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, typically 30 days, as outlined in the SOW.

5. Limitation of Liability

Baby Luv Boutique Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits or data.
